Meet Jeff Moyer
Jeff Moyer is a lifelong Stoughton-area resident whose roots in the community run deep. He has built his life and career here, and that long-term connection helps clients feel confident buying and selling property across Stoughton, Dane County, and southern Wisconsin.
Before real estate, Jeff spent more than 22 years as the second-generation owner and operator of Moyer's Inc., an award-winning family business with a 40-year legacy specializing in custom landscaping, concrete, design, and construction. That hands-on background provides practical insight into land, structures, and long-term property value.
Jeff is a 2007 high-honor graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, and Ornamental Horticulture. He has been honored as an In Business Magazine "40 Under 40" recipient and the 2015 Wisconsin Family Business Award winner - recognitions that reflect leadership, entrepreneurship, and long-term commitment to the community.
Jeff lives in rural Stoughton with his wife, Emily, and their four children. Their family stays active in local schools, athletics, music, performing arts, livestock showing, and community events, including swine and beef projects. Those day-to-day connections keep Jeff closely tied to the people, values, and rural traditions that shape this region.
Community service has always been part of how Jeff leads. Through roles with the Stoughton Hospital Board, Stoughton Rotary Club, Stoughton Fair Board, Shillelagh Foundation, Triangle Troopers 4-H, and the Stoughton Wrestling Club, he has invested years into supporting local families, mentoring youth, and strengthening organizations that matter here. He also volunteers as a youth coach in wrestling, football, and rugby. These commitments reflect the same relationship-first values he brings to clients. Moyer Realty is also a proud member of the Stoughton Chamber of Commerce .
When you work with Jeff, you are working with someone who has lived, worked, raised a family, built a business, and served this community for decades. His approach is straightforward, personal, and grounded in trust - helping clients make informed decisions about homes, farmland, recreational land, and commercial property throughout southern Wisconsin.
